Discovery & Development
- Blue-chip miners established the geological and technical foundation of the Amapá gold district
ABOUT US
Over 20 years of exploration, development and production at the Amapá Gold Project.
The Amapa Gold Project has a long and successful history that began with the discovery of gold in the region in the early 1990s by blue-chip mining companies. Since then, continuous exploration, development and operational excellence have transformed Amapa into one of Brazil's most significant gold assets.
With a strong foundation of infrastructure, a world-class resource base and a proven operating team, we are now entering a new chapter focused on ramping-up and unlocking the full potential of the Amapá Greenstone Belt.
TWO DECADES OF PROGRESS.
A STRONG PAST.
A CLEAR PATH TO THE FUTURE.
With a clear strategy, strong asset base and a disciplined approach to capital allocation, Amapá Minerals is well positioned to ramp-up operations and create enduring value for all stakeholders.
