Executive Chairman of Ero Copper and an investment banker with over 25 years of experience in mining and metals. He held senior roles at Goldman Sachs in London, Bear Stearns and JP Morgan, where he led investment banking practices focused on the mining sector. He previously served as Managing Director of Liberty Mining & Metals, a subsidiary of Liberty Mutual Investments, and as a board member of Pan American Silver and Pretium Resources. He holds an MA from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc from the University of Durham.
Co-Founder and Senior Partner of Starboard, a restructuring and private equity firm. With over 25 years of experience in special situations investing and restructuring advisory focused on Latin America, North America and Europe, he previously served as co-head of the Restructuring and Special Situations group at Banco Brasil Plural, and held positions at Jefferies, Nomura and UBS Investment Bank across Zurich, London and New York. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo.
Mining executive with over 40 years of international experience across project development, operations, corporate turnarounds and board leadership. He has held senior roles at Rio Tinto, BHP, Vale, ArcelorMittal, MMG and Sumitomo across more than 12 countries. As CEO of Las Bambas (Peru), he oversaw the commissioning of a world-class copper operation. As CEO of Ambatovy (Madagascar), he led a full debt restructuring while achieving the best safety and production results in years. He holds a BSc in Geology from UERJ, an MBA from MIT Sloan and a Board Certification from INSEAD.

Adrian Pasricha is the founder and Managing Partner of AP Strategic Advisory, a Toronto-based boutique advisory firm focused on corporate strategy, corporate finance and M&A for founder- and family-owned businesses. He has over 20 years of experience spanning private equity, M&A advisory, and corporate governance. Mr. Pasricha previously served as a Managing Director at Clairvest Group Inc., a Toronto-based private equity firm, where he originated and executed control and growth equity investments across capital-intensive sectors including specialty aviation, environmental services, logistics, and gaming. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pasricha was an Associate at Warburg Pincus LLC in New York, focused on private placements in the energy sector, and held roles at The Boston Consulting Group and Investment Banking Partners Ltda. (now Landmark Capital) in Santiago, Chile. Mr. Pasricha has served as a director of Discovery Air Inc., a formerly TSX-listed company, and on the boards of County Waste of Virginia, Winters Waste Systems of Connecticut, DTG Recycle, and Top Aces Inc. He holds an MBA in Finance and Private Equity and a Master of Arts in International Studies from the Wharton School and the Joseph H. Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
Partner at Clyde & Co in London, specializing in corporate insurance and regulatory law. She has deep expertise in the Brazilian and UK markets, advising global insurers on complex regulatory issues, high-profile claims, M&A transactions, international corporate reorganizations and portfolio transfers. She began her career in São Paulo at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, followed by Mattos Filho Advogados, before moving to London with DLA Piper and subsequently Campos Mello Advogados, where she served as Partner.
Neil Adshead has more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining and mineral sector investment, spanning economic geology, exploration management, project evaluation and capital allocation across the gold, copper and silver sectors. Mr. Adshead is currently Director of Cupel Advisory Corp., through which he provides in-depth reviews of exploration and mining companies for equity investment firms in North America and Europe. He previously served as Portfolio Manager at Sprott Inc., where he created and managed the Drill Driven Alpha Fund and as Investment Strategist at Sprott Asset Management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Adshead spent eight years as a Mining Analyst and Portfolio Co-Manager at Passport Capital Corp. and held technical roles at Placer Dome, including evaluations of gold projects across multiple continents. Mr. Adshead is a past board member of the Mineral Deposit Research Unit at the University of British Columbia. He holds a Ph.D. in Economic Geology from James Cook University in Australia and a Bachelor of Science degree with First Class Honours in Geology from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom
